LANTRIVE connects mailboxes and contact sources only after the account owner authorizes access. We process account identity, provider tokens or encrypted credentials, contacts, selected message metadata, campaign content, delivery events, payments and security logs to provide the service.

Mailbox data

Credentials and provider tokens are encrypted at rest. Message-body search is disabled by default and requires explicit opt-in. Local email validation does not prove that a mailbox exists. LANTRIVE does not sell personal data.

Sharing and retention

Data is shared only with infrastructure, payment, email and mailbox providers needed to operate requested features, or when legally required. Retention is limited by account settings, operational needs and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may disconnect providers, disable optional indexing, export contacts and request access, correction or deletion at privacy@mailpilot.example.
